What are my payment options?

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund.

How long does the delivery take?

We usually take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered.

Do you ship overseas?

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

How do I track my Refund?

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

How are Grower's Secret water soluble fertilizers applied?

Our water soluble fertilizers are 99% soluble. Dilute our fertilizers in water, mix and agitate, and apply through drip irrigation or foliar spray.

Will foliar applications burn my crops?

Grower's Secret fertilizers have a low salt content, and when applied as directed, will not burn your crops.

What are best practices for storing product for later usage?

Do not pre-mix solution. Only mix what you will use. After opening dry powders, make sure to seal the bag the best you can and store it in a cool, dry place. Nitrogen 16-0-0 and Corn Steep 7-6-4 are dry, very hygroscopic powders meaning they attract moisture causing the product to clump or harden if not stored properly.

Can Grower's Secret organic fertilizers be applied to conventional or transitional crops?

Yes! Though our fertilizers are organically certified, they can be applied to conventional, transitional, or organic crops.

What package sizes do Grower's Secret fertilizers come in?

Our dry fertilizers are available in 1lb, 5lb, 50lb bags, 1225lb super sacks, or 2200lb pallets. Liquid fertilizers are available in 32oz, 1gal jugs, 55gal drum, 275gal totes, or 5000gal tankards. Not every product is available in every size. Call us to check on availability. (888) 467-4769

What's so special about Grower's Secret Nitrogen?

Most nitrogen fertilizers have to change into forms that the plant can actively use for food. Plants use more energy converting the fertilizer into a usable source. Grower's Secret Nitrogen is immediately available for your plants to absorb, saving your plants time and energy from having to convert the nutrients into a form they can uptake.

Yes they can be. A compatibility test is always a good idea before mixing fertilizers together.
